RETURN POLICY

At Ornate Muse, we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an unworn item, we are here to help. To begin the process, please select the option to initiate a return on our website. Please review the following requirements to ensure your return is accepted.

  • You must request your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • We cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
  • All merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • Swimwear must have the hygiene liner attached.
  • Beauty products are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Sale items marked 60% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Ornate Muse reserves the right to deny any refund if the returned merchandise does not meet these policy requirements.
  • Please note that an excessive number of returns processed within a twelve-month period may result in the rejection of future orders.

If you believe you have mistakenly returned a personal item that was not purchased from Ornate Muse, please contact our Customer Service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist in locating it. If a final sale item is returned to us, it will be sent back to you. Our Customer Service team will reach out to you directly upon receipt of any non-Ornate Muse or final sale item. We will make two attempts to contact you regarding your item(s). If we do not receive a response, Ornate Muse reserves the right to dispose of the item(s).

Please note: Ornate Muse cannot be held responsible for returning, replacing, or compensating for any lost personal items mistakenly returned to us. We are also not responsible for any shipping costs you may incur to have your personal item(s) returned to you. Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit if you use a carrier of your own choosing.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

AFFIRM RETURNS

For orders placed using Affirm, information regarding your refund will be available in your Affirm account. Please refer to your Affirm account dashboard for specific questions about your payment schedule or refund status.

PAYPAL RETURNS

For orders placed using PayPal, your refund will be processed back to your original PayPal account.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and then place a new order on ornatemuse.com for the desired item.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are happy to offer a price adjustment on full-priced items within 7 days of your order being placed. Please note that temporary promotions, flash sales, or coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Any item that is price-adjusted will be considered final sale and will not be eligible for a return. Additionally, all items originally marked as Final Sale are not eligible for price adjustments.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We gladly accept returns on international orders. To initiate a return for an international order, please use the returns portal on our website. Your refund will be processed in the same currency and will use the same exchange rate as your original order. Final Sale items cannot be returned. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
