SHIPPING DELAYS + ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

We strive to provide the most accurate estimated delivery dates on our product pages. For the most current delivery information once your order has shipped, please refer to the tracking details included in your shipping confirmation email. You can simply click the ‘Track Your Package’ button within that email to get real-time updates on your shipment’s progress.

*Please note that estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only. The delivery of out-of-stock or pre-order items is subject to their specific availability. All delivery dates provided are estimates and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control once the package is with the carrier.

We currently offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard ground shipping as well as expedited options.

STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed after it is placed. Orders placed before a certain cutoff time may be processed the same day, while orders placed after that time will be processed on the following business day. Unfortunately, once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delays in transit.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.
